Mr. Charnoff joined Rees Broome, PC in 2007.  His practice concentrates on commercial and general civil litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants.  Mr. Charnoff’s experience includes jury trials in Virginia courts as well as regular appearances in state and federal courts.

  
 


Mr. Charnoff is admitted to the Virginia State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
