Creditors Rights and Bankruptcy

The firm principally represents creditors.

We assist clients in out-of-court workouts and business reorganizations in bankruptcy court.
Routine matters for the bankruptcy group involve representation of lenders and trade creditors in claims and adversary proceedings filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and upon appeal to the U.S. District and Circuit Courts.

Our attorneys represent clients in both the purchase and sale of assets by and from bankruptcy estates.

Our Credit and Bankruptcy attorneys work together with attorneys in other practice areas, such as Taxation, Employment Law and Litigation, to provide comprehensive advice and counsel on all areas of workouts and reorganizations.
